Ways to Practice Self-Love

  • Speak to yourself with kindness, not criticism.

  • Rest without guilt — your body and mind need recovery.

  • Spend time with people who make you feel safe and seen.

Love also means knowing when to say no. Protecting your peace is an act of self-

respect, not selfishness.

Try writing yourself a love letter. Acknowledge how far you’ve come, what you’ve

survived, and what you’re learning to let go of.
