Youth Enrichment Initiative

The All Stars Prevention Program is a nationally recognized, evidence-based prevention program that empowers Baltimore County youth ages 9–11 to build confidence, strengthen decision-making, and prevent risky behaviors. Through grant funding and a foundation partnership with the Baltimore County Department of Health, this program is made accessible to youth and families across the county. Participants engage in interactive, age-appropriate lessons that help them clarify personal values, set meaningful goals, strengthen problem-solving skills, and develop healthy ways to resist peer pressure—while fostering positive relationships with peers and trusted adults. The program is offered by Flourishing Minds Wellness Foundation, and is held every Friday at 4:00 PM starting February 6. Sign your All Star up today and give your child the tools to make confident, healthy choices and thrive now and in the future. "
