Strength is often associated with handling problems alone. But true strength can also mean recognizing when something is becoming too heavy to carry by yourself.

Men may experience depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use concerns, relationship stress, grief, and burnout while feeling pressure to remain silent about what they are going through.

Mental wellness deserves the same attention as physical wellness.

Checking in with a friend, talking with a therapist, attending a support group, developing healthier coping strategies, or simply admitting, “I haven’t been feeling like myself,” can be powerful first steps.

We want the men in our community to know that receiving support does not take away from your strength.

Flourish Reminder: You do not have to suffer silently to prove that you are strong.
